Filus Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is maroon with a purple tint. On the nose classic savoury
Cabernet perfume with vibrant blackcurrant fruit. Fragrant spiced oak notes
sit beautifully underneath. On the palate juicy fruit with bright acidity with
flavours of blackcurrant. The power starts to build with a fine tannin profile,
leaving a lengthy dry, linear finish.

Filius Chardonnay
p maroon with a bright ruby red hue.
Pale straw with a green tinge in colour. On the nose, elegant and
complex with honey nougat, green pineapple, lemon pith, lovely

hints of nectarine, ginger, sage, custard tart crust and cedar. On the
palate, complex and creaminess with natural acidity carrying se
refined flavours. Lemon pith with hints of lime and custard tart are
carried along on a dry finish to the palate. he nose heralds a pure, refreshing and sophisticated wine. Elevated regional fragrance of cassis, licorice, bay
f and violets with savoury mushroom, loamy earth, dark chocolate and dry twiggy details combining to form
alluring Cabernet bouquet.

Heytsbury Cabernet Sauvignon

Classic in style, this barrel selection of the best Cabernet Sauvignon, he palate is compact and concentrated in flavour but well resolved in structure with a stunning silky texture at
Malbec and Petit Verdot from the vintage takes Heytesbury to a ch a young age. There is a seemingly bottomless depth of blue and purple berries, nuances of herb and lico-
whole new level.Margaret River has been spoiled by a run of ce, cedar and light wood smoke, with a gentle mouth
exceptional vintages dating back to 2007. This year was not just
another exceptional season, but also a year of significant evolution
for red winemaking at Vasse Felix, with the adoption of 100% natural
yeast fermentation in our top red wines.

Premier Cabernet Sauvignon

refreshing and sophisticated wine. Regional fragrance of cassis, liquorice,
bay leaf and violets with savoury notes. On the palate the wine is
compact and concentrated in flavour but well resolved in structure with a
stunning silky texture. Notes of herbs, liquorice, cedar and light wood
smoke with a gentle mouth-coating tannin persisting.
