This school should increase its use of technology in teaching and learning.
I have noted that most of the teachers at this school are above the age of 45 and as
a result, I also noted that it was the older teachers that are more reluctant to
incorporate technology in their lessons.
The learners should also learn to use their smartphones better and towards the
betterment of their teaching and learning.

As a CAT teacher, I thoroughly understand the importance of technology in today’s
world.
The fourth industrial revolution has influenced a lot of things and one thing for certain
is that it will not stop.
Therefore, I feel it is important that as teachers at Ibhongo High School, we strive to
educate our learners in a manner which prepares the for the future reimagined.
I’m doing so, I would suggest an ideal teacher for this school to be one who is
working towards this change.
