6. Conduct an in-depth stakeholder analysis concerning problems and issues. This
               will serve as basis for strategic agenda formulation.

                       7.  Encourage  greater  participation  of  faculty,  staff  and  students  in  extension
               activities through monetary incentives and awards.

                       8. Regularly conduct monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment of extension
               and training activities conducted for improvement and technical assistance.

                       9. Continuously conduct needs, gaps and state of the art assessment in line with
               extension related activities.

                   A.  Extension Components

                   ➢  Technology Transfer and Community Service
                          o  Establishment of Demo-Pilot farms
                          o  Transfer of developed/mature technology through IEC materials
                          o  Delivery of services to the community through:
                                     -Animal health science
                                     -Vaccination of animals
