These general and specific objectives and E&T Agenda inspire the College of
Business and Management (CBM) and its program - Bachelor of Science in Hospitality
Management (BSHM) team to work harmoniously as they envision excellence. The CBM
aims to produce responsible, productive and globally competitive graduates who are
equipped with entrepreneurial and managerial skills that would enable them to establish
industrial-viable projects of economic sustainability. With this CBM and BSHM considers
and strengthens activities on extension and trainings. In this way, performances of the
skills are being applied and stronger partnership /linkages to industries and community
will be built. Further, the performances and skill application is one way to assess the
competencies of students as they are invited to facilitate on training and extension
activities
The directions, strategies and objectives of Extension and Community
Involvement are written and well explained in the IFSU Code, 8-Year
Strategic Plan and Extension & Training Manual.
