                                                       CONFETTI KALE AND HUMMUS ON NAAN



                                                 Recipe from:                         DIRECTIONS
                                                 Servings: 2                          Preheat oven to 350° F. Lay out naan bread
                                                                                      on a baking sheet. Place in preheated oven and
                                                 INGREDIENTS:                         toast for 3-5 minutes. Take out and let cool.
                                                 1 (3 - 4) ounces Naan bread
                                                 2 ounces Hummus                      Lay down naan bread and spread evenly with
                                                 1 dash Smoked paprika                the hummus. Add a dash of smoked paprika,
                                                 1 ounce Sunflower seeds              sunflower seeds, avocado, and freshly squeezed
                                                 2 ½ ounces Avocado, sliced           lemon. Finish with tomatoes, red onion,
                                                 1 Lemon, juice                       cucumbers, baby kale, and carrots.
                                                 1 ounce Tomatoes, sliced             Fold in half and enjoy!
                                                 2 ounces Red onion, sliced
