CUTTING BOARD/MEAT BLOCK Cleaning & Sanitizing




                                                                                                                              Turn cutting boards sideways on drain board
                                  Set up 3-compartment sink with  Manual                                                      and let air dry. Do not wipe.

                                    Place cutting boards in first sink of detergent
                                    solution. Soak for 5 minutes and scrub off any
                                    remaining soil or stains using a nylon scrub
                                    brush.








                                   Submerge cutting board in rinse water.
                                   Submerge in sanitizer solution for 1 minute, or
                                   as specified by product label and/or local
                                   guidelines.
