CUTTING BOARD/MEAT BLOCK Destaining



                              NOTE: Do not destain dirty cutting boards. Clean first using the Cutting Board / Meat Block Cleaning & Sanitizing procedure.


                                   Fill first sink of a 3-compartment sink (or a                                            Sanitize per instructions in Cutting
                                   large soak pan) with warm water. Add   Dish                                              Board / Meat Block – Cleaning &

                                   each gallon of water.








                                   When  Dish Destainer  solution is ready in
                                   sink, immerse stained cutting boards into the
                                   solution and soak overnight until stains are
                                   removed.








                                   Remove destained cutting boards from the

                                   solution and RINSE with clean, hot water.
