DISH MACHINE Deliming
Turn off detergent dispenser and sanitizer Add entire contents of Delimer container
injector by following your Ecolab to water tanks and run dish machine for 15
Representative’s instructions. Drain minutes on the delime cycle. Run longer if
dish machine completely, then close drain there is significant scale buildup. Turn off
valve. machine and drain completely.
Carefully remove current machine detergent Close drain and refill machine with fresh
water. Run for 5 minutes. Drain. Repeat
this step again to ensure complete rinsing
of delimer. Remember to switch delime
cycle back to normal cycle.
Remove loose deposits and soil from scrap from dispenser. trays. Fill dish machine tanks to 3 inches below
the overflow, then close fill valve.
