The hinge in the test is fixed from the curved side and the force applied inside the circular
hole and it is equal to 615 N and the results are shown below.

The force acting on the hinges is calculated as follow:

F = force, N.

m = mas, kg.

g = 9.81 m/s2.

                F = m*g/4                                (3)

                F = 250*9.81/4

                F = 613.125 N

                Rounded up to 615 N.

It is calculated by assuming the total mass of the vehicle is equal to 250 kg, and the hinges
are used in four locations (two in the front and two in the rear) and each location has two
hinges, so by calculating the total weight of the vehicle and dividing it by 4 (four locations)
we obtain the force acting on each location, then uses this value and apply it to each hinge
for getting results.

Maximum deformation in mm of 0.022 mm.
