4 Chapter four: manufacturing process
4.1 Manufacturing process for the frame
Initially, purchased steel pipes from Attiah Steel Factory with the required specifications,
then cutting the steel into parts referred to figure 39 showing this process.

After that, to bend the pipes into the required curves, three points are determine, one in the
beginning of the curve, the second in the middle (the bending point) and the third in the
end, those points are determined by getting the arc length of each curve by using the
SolidWorks in order to make it easier for us to bend it as shown in figure 40.
