Leadership Library
You can take advantage of the huge amount of inspiring and practical writing in the field of education and/or leadership by accessing the
trust’s Leadership Library for the use of all members of SPA’s Academies. From the central library located at the trust’s office, a selection of
books can be selected and delivered to each academy at the start of each term and then collected at the end.
Staff are required to write a short 100 word review, submitted via the link on www.southpennineacademies.org , to help other leaders
decide on future reading.

Professional Development section of newsletter
Each half term, a professional development section of the trust’s email newsletter is delivered to all staff that highlights upcoming
opportunities, reports on ongoing participation in any training, and celebrates successful completion of professional development by any
academy’s staff.
