SCENE V (b) (Setting — A German Atmosphere)
Comment: This scene has been “lanced" through many times. The script is
written in German, but actors can’t read.

           Enter Customers.
           Customer: "Please. Sir?"

SCENE VI (d) (Setting — The Car Shop)
COMMENT: This driver sets a faster lap record, the reason being that he is

SCENE VII (a) (Setting — Physics Lab.)

SCENE VII (b) (Setting — In the Bee Hive with Ma Honey)
This scene features torture which is experienced when a spring breaks.
"Ma Honey" (quote): “ ‘Necks' is no good anyway".
SCENE VII (c) (Setting — The Permanent Temporary Building)
This scene is financially unprofitable. The clerk (Clark) steals the scene —
              occasionally.
SCENE VII (d) (Setting — The New Parlour)
The “Ladies" retire to the Parlour. Fun is had by all !
“Homework?" “Yes, er well! You see ... I forgot".

DIRECTOR’S COMMENTS: Overall, the play is much too long. Particular
attention should be paid to Scene V to try to reduce it by 35 minutes, and
repeating Scene I is a waste of time.
Also MOST scenes are much too hard to MAKE ! A suitable solution would
be to remove the TWO principal actors and the LEADING LADY. However,
as this would cost too much, we feel we must thank them for expressing their
           acting ability so well.
Finally — much fun was had in "shooting" each episode. Good luck to
           retiring actors.
