This is your own statement, which you need to reaffirm to yourself consistently and systematically. Your goal has to be in front of you all the time, Persist until you succeed.
When we are creating our affirmation they are some guidelines to follow in order to make them affective.
Base them in the present
Positive statements
Make them personal

Make them powerful
Keep them precise and short
Make them realistic
Make sure its just for you
Consistently practice them
Transforming your self-talk means taking a proactive approach to the way
you talk to yourself. This is where affirmations come in. Affirmations are
positive phrases you say to yourself in order to maintain a better emotional
state. When you tell yourself positive things, you will begin to believe them.
Affirmations should focus on the statement not the outcome Michael Jordan was a great
example of a player that was focused and stayed in the present.
