II BCNHL wagons‟ door opening and
closing gadgets locally prepared at
Kacheguda depot and handed over to
Commercial department of the
loading/unloading stations for proper
opening of wagon doors.

III In view of COVID 19, a robot called
“Hospital Assistant” for Non Contact
Temperature measurement in Corona
ward ensuring minimum human
interface has been developed at a cost
of Rs.89,680 and handed over to
central railway hospital of SCR. It has
provision of carrying medicine, food and
other items to patients. It has been
provided with emergency light, night
vision camera and sound systems
which enables doctors to communicate
with the patients without directly
approaching them.

IV In all the coaches fitted with Dellner
make AAR compatible couplers, Lock
Pin was provided as per RDSO
guidelines. Out of 57 CBC coach
holdings, 16 coaches of Dellner make
coupler coaches were provided with
positive locking pin arrangement.

V KCG, NZB & BSX Railway Station has received TSPCB consent for Establishment
and consent for operation under Air and Water Pollution Act.
VI Freight Management Module (FMM) has been installed at NZB depot. BPCs were
issued for 5 trains after End to End examination using FMM.
VII Coaching depot, Kacheguda has taken initiative for replacing the defective thumb
springs of venation shutters of emergency windows. A total of 98 defective springs
were replaced.
VIII A full scale technical mock drill exercise on Train Accidents was conducted along
with NDRF staff at Bolarum on 13.02.2021. The entire relief and rescue operation
was completed in 45min.

IX Hyderabad division has achieved Environment shield for the year 2019.
