炸馓子









            Fried Sanzi (Deep-fried Twisted Dough)

            面粉                 500克                            500 grams flour

            啤酒                 300克                            300 grams beer
            鸡蛋                   2只                            2 eggs
            葱花                  20克                            20 grams chopped green onions

            猪油                 2汤匙                             2 tablespoons lard
            食盐                 1茶匙                             1 teaspoon salt
            食用油(炸制用)          2000克                            2000 grams cooking oil (for frying)
