            相传在200多年前的清朝乾隆年间,梅县才子宋湘到三圳游玩,品尝了当地酿粄后,对其美
            味赞不绝口。酿粄在兴宁、五华一带广泛流行,既可煎也可炸,馅料种类丰富且灵活多变。

            ■ Dish Story
            According to legend, over 200 years ago, during the Qiánlóng era of the Qīng Dynasty, Sòng Xiāng, a
            talented scholar from Meixian, visited San Zhen tasted the local stuffed rice cakes. He was deeply
            impressed by their exquisite flavor. This dish is popular in the Xingning and Wuhua regions, where
            it can be pan-fried or deep-fried, offering a wide variety of flavours and versatile stuffing options.
