            stacking, singing, poetry reading, and storytelling.
            Deng Pei Yin from Ai FM Radio was invited to serve
            as a judge for the talent competition. After the event,
            she took the stage to perform a song, adding to the
            festivities.
                 Another highlight of the Marketplace was the
            awards ceremony for the 2nd Picture Book Creation
            Competition. YBAM began accepting entries for this
            competition in January 2024, and by 15 April 2024, over
            50 locally created picture books had been submitted.

                 The marketplace featured 60 handmade stalls and
            40 vegetarian food stalls, offering a variety of handmade
            products  such  as  potted  plants,  bouquets,  jewellery,
            and vegetarian dishes and beverages. To provide young
            entrepreneurs and university Buddhist society students
            with an opportunity to learn about entrepreneurship, all
            stalls at the market were free of charge, with no rental
            fees required.
                 In an interview, a vendor Choo Zhang Chun, who
            sold homemade coffee, expressed that the marketplace

            the market allowed students to gain entrepreneurial
            experience before entering the workforce.  They
            described it as a fantastic concept, adding that the
            incorporation of Buddhist elements enables the public,
            who may not have had exposure to Buddhism, to learn
            about the significance of Buddhism and the  Vesak
            festival through the market.
                 Additionally, the public can purchase handmade
            crafts or food at the market and place their items
