Large chunks of pork are a beloved traditional delicacy in Wuhua, often served as the highlight of
family meals. In rural banquets around Huacheng, Wuhua, it is customary to serve two bowls of
this sumptuous pork dish as the centerpiece, adding to the banquet’ gradeur. It also allows guests
to pack portions home to share the delicious flavours with their families.
