            兴宁黄粄与平远黄粄的制作方法相似,成品厚且软糯。最大的区别在于兴宁黄粄可酿入馅
            料,其中搭配九梗里是当地一大特色,黄粄以兴宁北部山区的黄陂出产的最为著名。

            ■ Dish Story
            Xingning yellow rice cake is similar in preparation to Pingyuan yellow rice cake. The finished prod-
            uct is thick and soft. The main difference is that Xingning yellow rice cake can be stuffed with stuff-
            ing, with the local speciality ingredient “Jiugengli” being a unique addition. The yellow rice cakes
            produced in Huangpi in the northern mountain region of Xingning are particularly renowned.
