            肘子就是猪脚上方的部位,俗称圆蹄。在焖煮时可加五香粉。上世纪八九十年代,五香圆蹄
            曾是城乡宴席上的主菜之一,因其口感软糯,深得大家喜爱。

            ■ Dish Story
            The pork knuckle is the upper part of a pig’s foot, commonly known as “round knuckle”. It can be
            braised with five-spice powder. In the 1980s and 1990s, five-spice pork knuckle was a main dish at
            banquets in both urban and rural areas, loved for its soft and glutinous texture.
