            Five-Fingered Furry Peach Root Steamed

            Pork Trotter

            五指毛桃                40克                            40 grams Five-Fingered Furry Peach (wǔ zhǐ máo táo)

            食盐                 3茶匙                             3 teaspoons salt
            味精                 1茶匙                             1 teaspoon MSG
            花生油                1汤匙                             1 tablespoon peanut oil
            胡椒粉                1茶匙                             1 teaspoon ground pepper
