➢ The Ground tissues composed of cortex, pith, and medullary rays

• M.R. are a number of parenchymatous strands between V.B. from pith to the

cortex.

• V.B. May be connected through the M.R. by the interfascicular cambium and

through the activity of this cambium, they formed a continuous ring of V.B. with

1ry xylem directed toward the pith.

3)Stele: - (all tissues enclosed by endodermis)
The vascular bundles:
- -Type of (V.B) ;- (open collateral bundles). OR bicollateral bundle

- - (V.B) may be surrounded by bundle cap ( pericycle fiber) from above
- The Cambium arranged in a single ring around central region called pith or
medulla.
