C-Volatile (Essential) oils

They are usually mixtures of organic compounds as hydrocarbons, alcohols, , ketones,
esters, etc.

The volatile oils frequently occur as droplet in oil cells, oil glands or glandular
trichomes, and are usually very odoriferous.

-It gives red stain with suddan III
