Sick Leave


              We provide twelve sick days per year that
              begin  accumulating  on  date  of  hire.  If

              employees  have unused sick leave at the

              end of the year, they can convert up to 12

              days  of sick leave to six days  of vacation

              leave to use in the following year.




             Family Leave


             We see our employees’ families as an extension of our own TXM

             family.  As  a  Best  Place  for  Working  Parents,  we  support  our
             employees  in  starting  or  growing  their  family.  We  also  recognize

             many employees provide care to their aging parents. We’re proud

             to  offer a paid family leave benefit to  help meet the  needs of our

             diverse population.







                                                                       Employees who experience
                                                                       an  event  that  would  qualify

                                                                       FMLA leave may take up to

                                                                       20  days  of  paid  family
                                                                       leave.
