Family Planning
Assistance
We understand many people are
starting families later in life and in
a variety of ways. That’s why we’re
proud to offer fertility benefits that
include one IVF treatment.
We also offer adoption assistance to help with agency fees, legal fees
and transportation costs.
Life Insurance
Our life insurance benefit is provided free to full-time employees. The
benefit is 1.5X base salary up to $750,000. Employees may purchase
additional life insurance for themselves and for their spouse, up to
$500,000. They may also purchase child life insurance of $10,000 for
children up to age 26.
Cancer Insurance
Employees can purchase Aflac cancer protection assurance for
themselves, their spouse and their children up to age 26. According
to Aflac, their cancer protection plan includes reimbursement for a
cancer screening and financial benefits in the event of a cancer
diagnosis and treatment.
