o When the next Guest receives the tablet the seats that have already been paid will be gray and have a
PAID stamp.
Cash Payment
o If the Guest is paying cash, they will simply tap Cash on this screen, then choose a receipt type.
Servers MUST close out cash payments to confirm the cash was truly collected and to close out cash tickets on both
the app and the POS. To accept/verify the cash payment, the server will open the check and tap on CASH button
(hand with $sign) on the right side of the screen. Then, tap the red PAY icon.
