Contactless Guest Payment (Pay by phone)
When a Guest or all Guests are ready to pay via their
own device(s), open the table then choose one of the
following options:
1. To pay the ENTIRE check (with single
payment), simply click on the CALL IN
button (cell phone with $ sign) on
bottom right of the screen.
 Enter in the Guest’s Phone
Number, name and then the
time to send the text.
• Best practice is to send it
1 minute in the future (if
it is currently 7:01, enter
7:02) and ensure the AM
or PM is accurate.
 Click REQUEST to send the text to the
Guest.
 The Guest will receive a link to pay via
credit card.
 If you make a mistake, then simply
click RESET prior to sending the link to
the Guest.

2. To pay the check BY SEAT, simply choose the
applicable seat number, prior to clicking on
the CALL IN button.
 Repeat steps above for each seat.
