Silver coin of 8 REALES minted by POTOSI Mint House in 1575 by its 

first assayer Alonso Rincon, who also was the first assayer of Lima.
Minted under the rule of FELIPE II (1556 - 1598).
Obverse: Habsburg coat of arms, at right denomination in
roman numerals, at left mint monogram and assayer initial.
Reverse: cross with quartered castles and lions of Leon and Castilla.
