Silver coin of 8 REALES “round royal presentation” cob type, minted
by POTOSI Mint House under the rule of FELIPE IV (1621 - 1665).
This type of coins are specially round with almost complete legends.
It corresponds to transitional period with new design
which has three dates, two at obverse and one at reverse
Design would be in use until 1773 with some variations. ®
