Silver coin of 8 REALES “round royal presentation” cob type minted
by POTOSI Mint House under the rule of FELIPE IV (1621 - 1665).
This type of coins are specially round with almost complete legends.
Existing different versions about the origin of this type of coinage,
but there is no official documentation about the real reason of it.
In 1630 start in Potosí the struck of this type of coins . ®
