The Trust is outward facing, seeking best practice from recognised educational, Trust and Business specialists.
School leaders held to account for school and pupil performance.
Staff development and teaching is at the core of Trust excellence.
Clarity of specialist roles and responsibilities lead to effective pupil progress.
IMPLEMENTATION
Communication networks ensures effective dialogue, school resource and facility investment is coordinated. School safeguarding and safety leader.
School requirements of evaluation, development and support are established, agreed and provision is allocated with termly reviews.
Leaders accountable for schools. ‘Guided Professional Autonomy’ encompasses respect of context, innovation and best practice dissemination.
Schools self-assess and Trust assess against ‘ALP Expectations’ across themes, teaching and wellbeing.
School Improvement Partners, Strategy Leaders and Coordinators are specialised, proven high quality practi- tioners.
The Trust is embedded in research from EEF. Teaching is evidence based.
School leaders, Central Support Team and the Trust Executive proactively seek and use collaboration with a variety of Trusts, investing and supporting leaders alongside supporting the LA.
All roles are aligned to pupil impact. Responsibilities and expectations are clear with direction and outcome.
The Trust utilises NPQ and key educational providers. The Trust leads internal aspiring leaders courses ‘leader- ship live’.
CPD is learning focused, cross Trust and focused on pupil learning.
Transparent, logical staff line leadership, with clear networks of communication.
