The Trust is committed to its ethos and charter.
The Trust will ensure robust foundations and security for its current and future children.
The Trust School Support Team provide financial effectiveness (staff, resources, environment).
School improvement is central in Trust investment.
The vision, direction and strengths are robustly challenged by the Trust Board.
OPERATIONALISING SERVICES
STRATEGY
Communication networks between Central Teams and school leaders are highly effective.
Communication networks in schools by leaders are highly effective.
The Trust enhances two distinct strands of its Central Support Team:
i. School Improvement Team i. School Support Team
Specialist School Improvement Team support the needs of school leaders.
Specialist School Support Team support the needs of school leaders.
The Central Support Team systems and capacity are evaluated relentlessly to ensure they meet current and planned future growth.
The direction of Trust Growth drives the investment in systems and technology.
IMPLEMENTATION
The ‘principle of growth’ are the determining factor of all growth and development.
The Trust employs centralised specialist leaders: i. Safeguarding
ii. Health and Safety
iii. Cyber Security
iv. School Improvement Team
Specialist departments include: i. Governance
ii. Finance
iii. Estates and Sustainability iv. HR
v. Data and Systems
vi. Marketing
Recruitment of specialist staff, into a cohesive team, with planned development and quality implementation is at the core of Trust support.
The executive, school improvement team and school support team establish 3 year strategies with annual evaluations and action plans.
IMPLEMENTATION
Communications, meetings and collaborations are calendared, QA and monitored.
Communication, expectations and format are transparent and coordinated.
The teams have a specialist leader with clear line management and established roles and responsibilities and accountability
Specialist leaders recruited with leadership development at its core. Clear expectation and a working model, sys- tematic and bespoke allocation of provision. SIP: Allocat- ed to individual schools and themes.
Specialist leaders recruited, enabling the Head Teacher to focus on school improvement.
The schools required provision is systematically iden- tified. Central Support Leaders allocate resources. Additional growth within the Central Support Team is enhanced when required.
Development of leaders individually and as a group is at the core of improvement.
All systems are evaluated prior to implementation for both effectiveness and scalability.
