(ii) the willful disobedience of the workmen to orders

and rules expressly given secure the safety of the
workmen.
(iii) the willful removal or disregard by the workmen of
any safety device provided for the safety of
workmen.

All the above three defenses however are not available
to the employer, if the injury results in death.

(c) Transportation extension - Repeat of Q7(d) of
May 2009

Ans: The policy can be extended to include legal liability of
the insured for :

(i) Death or bodily injury.
(ii) Loss or damage to property.
(iii) Loss of use of property.
(iv) Arising out of accident.
(v) Directly caused by materials/dangerous or hazardous

substances.
(vi) Whilst being transported by rail/road/pipeline.
(vii)For claims made during the policy period.
(viii) Subject to the limits of indemnity.
