The Vision & belief of the management was that the need of the hour was to diversify & expand our organization
horizon by creating other avenues / Channels of business. Management entrusted this task to us, and we took it upon
ourselves to give shape & existence to the common dream that each one of us perceived. We began on this journey
with the Cross Sell Vertical being born in June 2021 & we can trace the journey as depicted below.

Strength and growth come only through continuous effort and struggle. Without continual growth and progress,
such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning.
There has a close resemblance of the statement with the growth what SUD Life has achieved over the past 12 years. It
has withstood all the changes be it the slowdown of 2012, constant regulatory changes, demonetization of 2016,
adapting to the pandemic and post pandemic work culture.
We at SUD Life are constantly undergoing a journey of ensuring future-readiness of the franchise by disrupting
ourselves from within. We remain committed towards our customers through personal touch and maintaining our
prudent approach towards shared value creation. With a strong presence in bancassurance with partners like UBI, BOI
the company is looking forward for multiple new channel distribution for exponential growth.
Cross – Sell:
It’s one of the most critical initiatives taken by the management & it’s our responsibility to ensure we make it
successful & significant in the organizational growth. It’s the cornerstone to the 3C’s – Customer Acquisition,
Customer Financial Lifecycle, Customer Retention. Cross Sell is an excellent strategy tool for getting that incremental
Growth. With the cross-selling activity, we should effectively utilize the leads to increase business by offering
appropriate additional products to the customers. We secure our customers with our products, which will help them
to achieve their financial goals & take care of their families through any unplanned situations.
This is the first Channel to establish itself, growing MOM gearing to achieve 100 Crores in FY 22-23.
