details about the coverage:
(i) Whether Flood, Cyclone group of perils and/or Riot,
Strike, Malicious Damage or Terrorism are to be
deleted from the original cover.

(ii) Whether Plinth and foundation to be covered along
with the building.

(iii) Whether Add on covers required.

(C) Details of property - The proposal form contains
following details about the property:
(i) Type of property, e.g residence, office, hotels etc.

(ii) If hazardous goods are stored in shop, if the stock
value of such goods exceed 5% of the total value.

(ii) If warehouse/godown, then list of goods stored.

(iii) If industrial/manufacturing unit, then (a) details of
products manufactured and (b) whether factory
working or silent.

(iv) Fire protection devices.

(v) Utilities /Tanks/Gas Holders outside industrial/
manufacturing risks.
