damage properly. The early assistance of the
Company should always be sought for the insured's
own interest, since the experience of the surveyor
is valuable and important.

(ii) All possible steps must be taken to minimize the
interruption. The surveyor's advice should be
seriously taken in this situation.

(iii) Particulars of claim must be submitted as soon as
the business ceases to be affected, within 30 days
of expiry of the indemnity period.

In case of small claims, it usually becomes difficult
to obtain the requisite information, and it is therefore
necessary to remind the insured of the remainder
of the condition, which states that no claim shall be
payable unless all the conditions are fulfilled.
