We advise that the name of “West Bengal State Co- November 11, 2019
operative Bank Ltd.” has been substituted with “The West
Bengal State Co-operative Bank Ltd.” in the Second 1. Please refer to Para 1 of our Master Direction –

3. Master Direction – Exemptions from the provisions of
Payments Bank Limited RBI Act, 1934 has been updated accordingly.

November 18, 2019 under Section 45 NC of the RBI Act, 1934 shall be issued
separately.
We advise that on a voluntarily winding up application by
Aditya Birla Idea Payments Bank Limited, the Hon’ble (Manoranjan Mishra)
Bombay High Court has passed an order on September 18, Chief General Manager
2019 and has appointed Shri Vijaykumar V. Iyer, Senior
