Ans: Liability only Policy: The standard form of "Liability
Only Policy" is applicable to all classes of vehicles with
suitable amendments in "Limitations as to Use."
Liability to Third Parties
A. The policy covers the insured's legal liability for
accidents occurring out of the use of the vehicle, in a
public place, anywhere in India. This liability is subject
to the Limit of Liability as laid down in the policy
schedule it includes claimant's costs and expenses"

as follows:
