A Maruti 1300 CC car registered on 1-1-2011 insured for SI
Rs. 3.5 lakhs under private car package Policy from 1-1-
2011 to 31-12-2012. On 1-8-2011, the IV met with an accident
by hitting against small size rock on the roadside.

Insured furnished the estimate of loss as follows:

1) Cost of tyre & tube replaced Rs. 3,000.00

2) Cost of front bumper Rs. 2,000.00

3) Cost of painting of front bumper Rs. 2,500.00

4) Mechanical charges (R/RF) Rs. 500.00

Surveyor inspected the vehicle and allowed the estimate of
loss as it is with salvage value Rs. 200/- work-out the claim.
