Work-out the claim.

Solution:
As per endorsement No.21 of Indian Motor Tariff, the claim of
insured for front Bumper, RH head light assembly, RH Mudguard
are exclusions besides painting. As such S.Nos 1 to 3 of estimate
of Loss are not payable. Insured is entitled to recover the reparing
charges of chassis for an amount of Rs. 2,000/-

Adjustment of Loss

Amount assessed towards reparing of chassis Rs. 2,000/-

Less Excess @ Rs. 1500/- as per Policy condition Rs. 1,500/

Rs. 500/-

Claim Payable : Rs. 500/-.
