Miscellaneous Insurance

(i) The key to the safe has to be obtained by violence
    or threats or by means of force, against a person or
    property. This is known as key clause.

(ii) A complete list of the amount of cash in safe should
    be maintained separately other than in the safe. The
    liability of the insured remain restricted to this
    recorded amount only.

There are certain exclusions to the policy:
(i) Loss or damage where any member of the insured's

    household or his business staff is concerned as
    principal or accessory.
(ii) Losses resulting from any act committed by any
    other person lawfully on the premises, wherein the
    property insured may happen to be.
(iii) Things which can be insured against a fire or plate
    glass or motor insurance policy.
(iv) Deeds, bonds, bills of exchange, promissory notes,
    cash, treasury notes, bank notes, cheques, securities
    for money, stamps, stamp collections, books of
    accounts, manuscripts, documents of any kind,
