(iv) Trading losses, whether or not within the knowledge
of the insured, notwithstanding any act or omission
on the part of the employee whether within the
scope of authority or not.
(v) Losses caused by war and allied risks.
(vi) Losses attributable to faulty computer programming
or fraudulent use of computer programme or any
EDP system.
(vii)Losses caused by earthquake, typhoon, cyclone,
flood and such other natural convulsions.
(viii)Losses caused by negligence or act of omission of
the insured employees. It may however be noted
that under Section B transit cover, losses due to
negligence of employees covered .
(ix) Losses caused by ionizing radiations or
contamination by radio activity from any nuclear
fuel or from any other nuclear waste.
(x) Losses caused by nuclear weapons material.
(xi) Losses due to any acts or omissions committed by
the concerned employee after discovery of a loss in
which the said employee was involved.
