in venue, or postponement of match, or abandonment
after playing for sometime ( or even a single ball) do not
constitute a claim. Ti is prescribed that the tickets issued
shall not be refunded.
The important exclusions are (a) loss of profit or
consequential loss. (b) Contractual liability, which would
not have attached in absence of such agreement (c)
Bad debts or irrecoverable revenue (d) Liability for injury
to any person or damage to any property, and (e) War
and allied perils.
(v) Salts Works Insurance - The cover under this policy
applies to earthwork/mud work and salt stored on
platforms against the risk of Storm, Cyclone, Flood and
Allied Perils, Unseasonal Rainfall (as declared by Met
Office).
The sum insured is the actual cost of construction and
the indemnity is restricted to the cost of repair and/or
reconstruction. The sum insured for salt stored on
