date of the policy.

(b) Where the insured person (i) is travelling against
the advice of a physician, or (ii) is on waiting list for
specified medical treatment or (iii) is travelling for
the purpose of obtaining medical treatment or (iv)
has received a terminal prognosis for a medical
condition.

(c) Suicide,attemptedsuicide,willful self-inflicted injury,
venereal disease or abuse of drugs or alcoholic
drinks.

(d) In respect of medical services obtained within India.

(e) Arising from the insured taking part in Naval,
Military or Airforce operations.

(f) Arising from war, invasion or civil war and nuclear
risk.

(g) Arising from aviation except where the insured flies
as a passenger in an aircraft properly licensed to
carry passengers,

(h) Arising from participation in the inter-scholastic or
professional sports events or other hazardous sports.
