Miscellaneous Insurance
Coverage - The Cattle Insurance policy provides
indemnity against death due to :
i. Accident(includingFire,Lightning,Flood,Inundation,
Storm, Hurricane, Cyclone, Tornado, Tempest and
Famine).
ii. Diseases contracted or occurred during the policy
period.
iii. Surgical operations.
iv. Permanent Total Disability cover can be extended
on payment of extra premium : (a) In case of Milch
Cows which results in permanent and total
incapacity to conceive or yield milk. (b) In case of
Stud Bulls which results in permanent incapacity
for breeding purpose. (c) In case of Bullocks,
Calves/Heifers and Castrated male buffaloes which
results in permanent and total incapacity for the
purpose of the use as mentioned in the proposal
form.
Transit Cover -
(i) For Scheme animals no extra premium is charged
for transit between place of purchase and place of
