which the said employee was involved.

Q4.c) Is there any conditions put for the cover
Banker's Indemnity.

Ans. There are several conditions for Banker's
Indemnity, they are:
(i) The cancellation condition provides for 15 days
notice on either side, by registered post. If the
insurers cancel the policy, refund of premium is made
on pro-rata basis, but if the insured cancel the policy,
refund of premium is made on short period scale
basis.

(ii) In case of a claim, the insured needs to give a notice
to the insurer immediately. A complaint should be
lodged with the police and the insured should take
all necessary steps to recover lost property and to
apprehend the guilty.
