(c) No claim will be paid for routine health check up
where there is no impairment of health.

(d) No claim will be paid in respect of treatment incurred
in India except as stated under the Covered
Expenses.

(e) Pregnancy, abortion or any complication arising out
of pregnancy will not be covered.

(f) In case the Insured cannot be present for medical
examination when called by the Insurance Company,
the limit of indemnity is reduced to US$ 10,000.

Ans.(ii) Personal Liability - The Videsh Yatra Mitra insurance
pay up to the limit of cover shown in the Schedule if the
Insured in his private capacity becomes legally liable to
pay for accidental injury to Third Parties or accidental
damage to Third Party property, arising during the trip.

Specific Conditions :
(a) No claim will be paid if it is less than the deductible

stated in the Schedule. However, the deductibles
will only apply to claims in respect of Third Party
property damage.
