(b) No claims shall be paid arising from Employers or
Contractual Liability.

(c) No claims shall be paid arising from liability to any
member ofthe Insured'sfamily, travellingcompanion,
friend or colleague.

(d) No claims shall bepaid for any liability arising directly
or indirectly from or due to :

(i) Animals belonging to the Insured or in his care,
custody or control.

(ii) Any willful, malicious or unlawful act.

(iii) Pursuit of trade, business or profession, employment
or occupation.

(iv) Ownership, possession or use of vehicles, aircraft,
watercraft, parachuting, hand gliding, hot air
ballooning or use of firearms.

(v) Legal costs resulting from any criminal or illegal act.

(vi) Insanity, the use of any alcohol, drugs, except those
medically prescribed

(vii)The supply of goods and services.

(viii)Any form of ownership or occupation of land or
buildings.
