           elated and had given him an escape window knowingly so that he was
           motivated to use it, return the excess cash and be treated as an honest
           Chaudhary. We could not go beyond this recourse for this kind of amount
           as basically we only had made the mistake. The next day, the cash was
           returned and the smile also returned on face of Head Cashier.

           Insights from the episode
           1.  Some situations demand very tactful handling of the customer like
               this case where he was of sensitive and peculiar nature.
           2.  It turned out to be better to gather information on the customer
               before hand to adopt a suitable tactic with him to achieve the goal.
