AGENCY COLABORATION

We work extensively with different agencies on projects for various customers. Agency briefs are interpreted and scope of

work required is defined within the brief. Agencies are treated with the same urgency as the client and we understand that the
agency is an extension of your organisation and that we need to manage expectations in the same manner as dealing with

EY directly. Below is an example fo the items produced for guests of MTN traveling to the Rugby World Cup in Japan. The brief
entailed providing a travel pack to enhance the experience of MTN’s guests. These packs where hand delivered to each
recipient. Some examples of collaboration are as follows:

EXP - We work together with this agency on all MTN
sponsorship properties amongst other projects.
Octagon - Also a sports management agency, we

have done various projects for this client.
Zinto Marketing - Activation agency, focusing on
informal markets.

TradeWay - Activation agency, focusing on FMCG.
Retail Insight - Activation agency, primarily
focusing on Telkom holdings and Tiger Brands.
Metropolitan Republic - Collaboration on above
the line campaigns that need below the line

elements.
Aqua - Digital marketing agency that requires

below the line elements, specifically for internal
launches.
